Dear Customer,
We wish to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that your personal data will be processed fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes, and in a manner that protects your privacy and rights.
The processing will also be carried out using IT tools for the following purposes:
1. to fulfill the obligation set forth in Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of June 18, 1931, which requires us to register and communicate the personal details of our guests to the Police Headquarters;
2. to comply with current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations;
3. to process messages and telephone calls addressed to you;
4. to expedite the registration process for your future stays at our B&B.
5. to send you promotional messages and updates on our rates and offers.
We also wish to inform you that providing your data for the processing referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our B&B.
If you wish to have the processing referred to in points 3, 4, and 5 performed, you will need to provide your consent. However, you may subsequently withdraw your consent by objecting to the processing.

7. Right to access personal data and other rights.
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the territory of the State, data processor(s), or persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling materials or for conducting market research or commercial communications.
